Meticulous Skin and Laser ("we") collects the information you give us when you book: your name, mobile number, email, appointment details and any notes you choose to add. We use it only to schedule and provide your services, send appointment confirmations and reminders, and keep your client record and treatment notes.

Text messages. If you agree to texts, we use your mobile number only for our own messages to you: appointment confirmations and reminders, replies, and occasional review requests, rebooking reminders and offers from Meticulous Skin and Laser. Calls and texts to our business number may be logged, and voicemails recorded, so we can respond. Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Who can see it. Only Nicole can see client records, through a password-protected admin. We use trusted service providers to run the booking system (website hosting, a database, and email/text delivery), and they process data only to provide those services.

Security. The booking site only works over encrypted HTTPS connections, and client records are never shown on public pages.

Your choices. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing nicole@meticulousskinandlaser.com or texting (480) 203-5614.
